Keep your visit in perspective.

Anyone under 18 must not enter an adult gaming area. Bring proof of age and follow the venue’s entry signs. Ask a member of staff if you need guidance.

Before you play

• Decide what you can afford to spend and how long you will stay.
• Use money set aside for entertainment, not for bills or essentials.
• Take breaks. Do not try to recover losses by playing more.
• If gambling stops feeling manageable, stop and ask for support.

Support is available

You can talk to the venue team about a concern or ask how to request self-exclusion. Independent advice and support are available from GambleAware (opens in a new tab) and GamCare (opens in a new tab).
